How to Stay Relevant

I first became interested in real estate in 2006. By the end of the year, I had my first multifamily home under contract. Since then, I have purchased and sold many properties and gained invaluable firsthand knowledge of what goes into purchasing a property. The happiness, the frustration, and the nervousness of making such a large financial purchase or sale are just a few things that a buyer/seller will be experiencing.
